1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere condolences to the family and friends
4 of Kenneth Marqui, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Kenneth Marqui was born in Waukegan, Illinois on
6 April 27, 1927; and
7 WHEREAS, Kenneth Marqui served in the United States Navy
8 during World War II; he was employed with Commonwealth Edison
9 for forty-three years; and
10 WHEREAS, Kenneth Marqui was a loyal usher at Immaculate
11 Conception Church for fifty years; he enjoyed vacationing
12 with his family and spending time on his motorcycle; he is
13 survived by his loving wife of forty-eight years, Charlotte;
14 his children, Helen, David, and Paula; and his nieces and
15 nephews; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
17 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
18 his family and friends, the passing of Kenneth Marqui; and be
19 it further
20 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
21 presented to the family of Kenneth Marqui.
