4 on page 1, line 19, by replacing "University of Illinois"
5 with "State research-based universities of Illinois"; and
6 on page 1, line 20, by replacing "its" with "their"; and
7 on page 1, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "University of
8 Illinois" with "State research-based universities of
9 Illinois"; and
10 on page 1, line 24, by replacing "its" with "their"; and
11 on page 1, line 26, by replacing "University of Illinois"
12 with "State research-based universities of Illinois"; and
13 on page 1, line 30, by replacing "University of Illinois"
14 with "State research-based universities of Illinois"; and
15 on page 1, line 31, by replacing "its" with "their"; and
16 on page 2, line 5, by replacing "its" with "their"; and
17 on page 2, line 8, by replacing "University of Illinois" with
18 "State research-based universities of Illinois".
