1 SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to
3 express their sincere sympathies to the family and friends of
4 Kay Sandra Finn, who recently passed away; and
5 WHEREAS, Kay Sandra Finn was born in Williams Bay,
6 Wisconsin, on May 2, 1943 to Daniel and Clara Carlson; and
7 WHEREAS, Kay Sandra Finn was a graduate of Fenger High
8 School in Chicago; she had been employed by Senator Adeline
9 Geo-Karis, as well as the Lake County 19th Judicial Circuit
10 Court Administrative Offices; and
11 WHEREAS, Kay Sandra Finn was a member of the Northpoint
12 Community Christian Church in Winthrop Harbor; she was a
13 member of the American Miniature Schnauzer Club; Kay Sandra
14 Finn enjoyed showing her Champion Schnauzer, Nickie; and
15 WHEREAS, Kay Sandra Finn is survived by her father,
16 Daniel Carlson; her aunt, Nettie Swanson; her cousin, Lynn
17 Heis and her husband, Marty, and their daughter, Kelly; many
18 relatives in Sweden; her many friends; and her three
19 Schnauzers, Stormy, Sunshine, and Nickie; therefore, be it
20 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIRST GENERAL
21 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with
22 her family and friends, the death of Kay Sandra Finn of
23 Winthrop Harbor, Illinois; may they find peace and solace in
24 this time of loss; and be it further
25 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
26 presented to the family of Kay Sandra Finn.
