1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Criminal Justice Information Authority for the
7 data collection project to determine the nature and extent of
8 family violence.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 2000.
