1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Court of Claims.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much
5 thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated to the Court of
6 Claims for its ordinary and contingent expenses:
7 CLAIMS ADJUDICATION
8 Payable from the General Revenue Fund:
9 For Personal Services........................... $ 871,100
10 For State Contribution to State
11 Employees' Retirement System................ 87,100
12 For Employee Retirement Contributions
13 Paid by Employer............................ 34,800
14 For State Contribution to Social
15 Security........................................ 66,600
16 For Contractual Services........................ 33,200
17 For Travel...................................... 12,200
18 For Commodities................................. 7,500
19 For Printing.................................... 3,500
20 For Equipment................................... 5,200
21 For Telecommunications Services................. 5,500
22 For Reimbursement for Incidental
23 Expenses Incurred by Judges................... 35,300
24 Total $1,162,000
25 Section 10. The amount of $217,500, or so much thereof
26 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Court of Claims
27 Administration and Grant Fund to the Court of Claims for
28 administrative expenses under the Crime Victims Compensation
29 Act.
30 Section 15. The following named amounts, or so much

20 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
21 1, 2000.
