1 AN ACT making appropriations and reappropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $74,605,400, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University
7 for any expenditures or purposes authorized by law, including
8 payment to the University for personal services and related
9 costs incurred, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001.
10 Section 10. The sum of $13,056,400, or so much thereof
11 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education
12 Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Illinois State
13 University for any expenditures or purposes authorized by
14 law, including payment to the University for personal
15 services and related costs incurred, for the fiscal year
16 ending June 30, 2001.
17 Section 15. The sum of $327,361, or so much thereof as
18 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
19 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore
20 made for that purpose in Article 7, Section 15 of Public Act
21 91-8, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to
22 the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for
23 remodeling and rehabilitation costs associated with the
24 merger of the Mennonite College of Nursing into Illinois
25 State University.
26 Section 20. The sum of $5,644, or so much thereof as may
27 be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business
28 on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore made for
29 that purpose in Article 1, Section 190 of Public Act 91-8, is

1 reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to the Board
2 of Trustees of Illinois State University for technology
3 infrastructure improvements at Illinois State University.
4 Section 25. The sum of $180,830, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
6 business on June 30, 2000, from appropriations heretofore
7 made for that purpose in Article 1, Section 140 of Public Act
8 91-8, is reappropriated from the Capital Development Fund to
9 the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University for
10 technology infrastructure improvements at Illinois State
11 University.
12 Section 30. The sum of $32,050, or so much thereof as
13 may be necessary, is appropriated from the State College and
14 University Trust Fund to Illinois State University for
15 student financial assistance.
16 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
17 July 1, 2000.
