1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Environmental
2 Protection Agency.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $756,000, or as much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for a
8 grant to the city of Brookport for the development of a
9 wastewater treatment system.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 2000.
