1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1391
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1391, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 1, in line 11, before "air", by
5 inserting "initial"; and
6 on page 1, in line 12, before "permit", by inserting
7 "operating"; and
8 on page 1, in line 15, before the period, by inserting ", and
9 when a permit holder is requesting a major modification that
10 will increase the total potential of such a quarry operation
11 to emit fugitive emissions"; and
12 on page 2, line 1, by replacing "60" with "180"; and
13 on page 2, line 3, after "plans", by inserting "for a crushed
14 and broken limestone quarry operation in a PM10 nonattainment
15 area, as defined in Section 212.324 of Title 35 of the
16 Illinois Administrative Code"; and
17 on page 2, lines 7 and 8, by replacing "health, safety, and
18 comfort of the" with "health, and safety of and minimize the
19 nuisance to the".
