1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $870,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Capital
6 Development Board for a grant to Carterville Community Unit
7 School District 5 for off-site costs relating to an
8 elementary school construction project.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2000.
