1 AN ACT making an appropriation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Illinois Commerce
6 Commission for the purpose of hiring inspectors to monitor
7 the transmission and distribution policies of electric
8 utilities in Illinois.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
