1 AN ACT to amend the Workers' Compensation Act and the
2 Workers' Occupational Diseases Act in relation to the repeal
3 of those Acts.
4 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
5 represented in the General Assembly:
6 Section 5. The Workers' Compensation Act is amended by
7 adding Section 30.5 as follows:
8 (820 ILCS 305/30.5 new)
9 Sec. 30.5. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1,
10 2002.
11 Section 10. The Workers' Occupational Diseases Act is
12 amended by adding Section 27.5 as follows:
13 (820 ILCS 310/27.5 new)
14 Sec. 27.5. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1,
15 2002.
