1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Vehicle Code by changing
2 Section 18b-106.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
6 changing Section 18b-106 as follows:
7 (625 ILCS 5/18b-106) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 18b-106)
8 Sec. 18b-106. Application of Chapter and Regulations.
9 Except as expressly specified within this Chapter, this
10 Chapter and the rules and regulations issued under this
11 Chapter shall be applicable to all persons employing drivers,
12 drivers and commercial motor vehicles that which transport
13 property or passengers in interstate or intrastate commerce.
