3 line 2, after "11-6.2", by inserting "and repealing Section
4 9-12"; and
5 on page 5, immediately below line 21, by inserting the
6 following:
7 "(305 ILCS 5/9-12 rep.)
8 Section 10. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
9 repealing Section 9-12.".
