91_SB1084eng SB1084 Engrossed LRB9101939PTpk 1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois 2 by changing Section 63a37. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is 6 amended by changing Section 63a37 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 805/63a37) (from Ch. 127, par. 63a37) 8 Sec. 63a37. (a) To adopt and enforce rules for 9 telephonic and electronic sale and issuance of all licenses, 10 permits, and stamps. 11 (b) To adopt and enforce rules and regulations necessary 12 to the performance of its statutory duties. 13 (Source: P.A. 84-437.) 14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 15 becoming law.
