1 AN ACT to repeal the Detection of Deception Examiners
2 Act.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 (225 ILCS 430/Act rep.)
6 Section 5. The Detection of Deception Examiners Act is
7 repealed.
8 Section 99. Effective immediately. This Act takes effect
9 upon becoming law.
