1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1030
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1030 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 25 and 26 with the following:
4 "general rulemaking authority is generally not sufficient;
5 the citation should be to the statute that most specifically
6 authorizes the program"; and
7 on page 5, by replacing lines 11 and 12 with the following:
8 "generally not sufficient; the citation should be to the
9 statute that most specifically authorizes the program being
10 implemented."; and
11 on page 7, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
12 "general rulemaking authority is generally not sufficient;
13 the citation should be to the statute that most specifically
14 authorizes the program being".
