 1        AN ACT in relation to the courts.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The  Judicial  Districts  Act  is amended by
 5    changing Section 2 as follows:

 6        (705 ILCS 20/2) (from Ch. 37, par. 1.2)
 7        (This Act was repealed by P.A.  89-719,  which  has  been
 8    held unconstitutional)
 9        Sec.  2.  Second  Judicial District.  The Second Judicial
10    District consists of the counties of Jo Daviess,  Stephenson,
11    Carroll,  Ogle, Lee, Winnebago, Boone, McHenry, Lake, DeKalb,
12    Kane, Kendall and DuPage.

14        Section  10.  The  Circuit  Courts  Act  is  amended   by
15    changing Section 1 as follows:

16        (705 ILCS 35/1) (from Ch. 37, par. 72.1)
17        Sec.  1.  Judicial circuits.  The county of Cook shall be
18    one judicial circuit and the State of Illinois, exclusive  of
19    the  county  of  Cook,  shall be and is divided into judicial
20    circuits as follows:
21        First  Circuit--The  counties  of   Alexander,   Pulaski,
22    Massac, Pope, Johnson, Union, Jackson, Williamson and Saline.
23        Second  Circuit--The counties of Hardin, Gallatin, White,
24    Hamilton,  Franklin,  Wabash,  Edwards,   Wayne,   Jefferson,
25    Richland, Lawrence and Crawford.
26        Third Circuit--The counties of Madison and Bond.
27        Fourth  Circuit--The  counties  of Clinton, Marion, Clay,
28    Fayette, Effingham, Jasper, Montgomery, Shelby and Christian.
29        Fifth Circuit--The counties of Vermilion,  Edgar,  Clark,

 1    Cumberland and Coles.
 2        Sixth   Circuit--The   counties  of  Champaign,  Douglas,
 3    Moultrie, Macon, DeWitt and Piatt.
 4        Seventh  Circuit--The  counties  of  Sangamon,  Macoupin,
 5    Morgan, Scott, Greene and Jersey.
 6        Eighth Circuit--The counties of Adams,  Schuyler,  Mason,
 7    Cass, Brown, Pike, Calhoun and Menard.
 8        Ninth  Circuit--The  counties of Knox, Warren, Henderson,
 9    Hancock, McDonough and Fulton.
10        Tenth Circuit--The counties of Peoria, Marshall,  Putnam,

19        Fifteenth Circuit--The counties of JoDaviess, Stephenson,
20    Carroll, Ogle and Lee.
21        Sixteenth  Circuit--The  counties  of  Kane,  DeKalb  and
22    Kendall.
23        Seventeenth Circuit--The counties of Winnebago and Boone.
24        Eighteenth Circuit--The county of DuPage.
25        Nineteenth Circuit--The counties of Lake and McHenry.
26        Twentieth Circuit--The counties of Randolph, Monroe,  St.
27    Clair, Washington and Perry.
28        Twenty-first   Circuit--The   counties  of  Iroquois  and
29    Kankakee.
