1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act
2 by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (410 ILCS 620/1) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 501)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the Illinois Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
