1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $400,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Farm
7 Resource Center for the purposes of increasing the grant
8 lines affiliated with the Farm Resource Center Outreach
9 Program.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
