1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $19,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago STateUniversity to
7 construct a new library at Chicago State University,
8 including planning, construction, equipment, and any other
9 such expenses as may be necessary to complete the facility.
10 Section5. Effective date. This Act becomes effective on
11 July 1, 1999.
