1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1 is appropriated to the
5 Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for a study to
6 evaluate the Department's effectiveness in the Welfare to
7 Work Grant Program.
8 Section 5. This Act takes effect July 1, 1999.
