1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 591
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 591, by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT regarding appropriations."; and by replacing
5 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
6 "Section 5. The sum of $205,268,900, or so much thereof
7 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
8 Fund to the Board of Trustees of the State Universities
9 Retirement System for the State's contribution, as provided
10 by law.
11 Section 10. The sum of $1,211,629, or so much thereof as
12 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
13 Fund to the State Universities Retirement System for transfer
14 to the Community College Health Insurance Security Fund as
15 the State's contribution for community college benefit
16 recipients' health benefits.
17 Section 9999. Effective date. This Act takes effect
18 July 1, 1999.".
