1 AN ACT to amend the Mental Health and Developmental
2 Disabilities Confidentiality Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
6 Disabilities Confidentiality Act is amended by changing
7 Section 1 as follows:
8 (740 ILCS 110/1) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 801)
9 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
10 "Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality
11 Act".
