1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 412
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 412 on page 7, by
3 replacing lines 13 through 28 with the following:
4 "(c) Moneys from the development fund account may be
5 used by the Board of Trustees of Illinois State University to
6 acquire and develop other land to achieve the same purposes
7 for which the parcels of real estate described in this item
8 (13), all or a part of which have been sold, leased, or
9 otherwise transferred and conveyed, were used and for the
10 purpose of demolition and the processes associated with
11 demolition on the acquired land. Moneys from the development
