4 No. 1, on page 2, line 23, after "and", by inserting
5 "Section"; and
6 on page 3, line 10, after "9-221", by inserting "and Section
7 9-222.1"; and
8 on page 11, line 24, after "years", by inserting "from the
9 date of initial certification"; and
10 on page 11, line 26, before the period, by inserting "or
11 additional charges"; and
12 on page 12, line 1, by replacing "pursuant to Sections" with
13 "or exemptions from the additional charges imposed under
14 Section"; and
15 on page 12, line 4, after "exemptions", by inserting "or
16 exemptions from additional charges under Section 9-222"; and
17 on page 12, line 5, by replacing "tax" with "amount"; and
18 on page 12, line 12, after "the", by inserting "tax or".
