2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 331 on page 13,
3 line 11, after "dispute.", by inserting the following:
4 "A recipient may not use funds received under this Act to
5 file an individual action or class action under the Migrant
6 and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (29 U.S.C.
7 1801 and following) or other labor laws.".
