91_SB0321eng SB321 Engrossed LRB9104934MWgc 1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Health Facilities Planning 2 Act by adding Section 4.5. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act 6 is amended by adding Section 4.5 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 3960/4.5 new) 8 Sec. 4.5. Report. On or before January 1, April 1, July 9 1, and October 1 of each year, the State Board must report to 10 the General Assembly the number of the State Board's 11 decisions that are being litigated and the cost of that 12 litigation. 13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 14 January 1, 2000.
