2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 315 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:
4 "In addition, in every case in which domestic violence is
5 determined to be a contributing factor in a death, the
6 coroner shall report the death to the Department of State
7 Police.".
