91_SB0311eng SB311 Engrossed LRB9100848MWgc 1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois 2 by changing Section 49.13. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is 6 amended by changing Section 49.13 as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 2705/49.13) (from Ch. 127, par. 49.13) 8 Sec. 49.13. Lease of property. From time to time to 9 lease any land or property, with or without appurtenances, of 10 which the department has jurisdiction, and which are not 11 immediately to be used or developed by the State; provided 12 that no such lease be for a longer period of time than that 13 in which it can reasonably be expected the State will not 14 have use for such property, and further provided that no such 15 lease be for a longer period of time than 5 years. 16 (Source: Laws 1953, p. 1443.)
