1 AN ACT to amend the Northern Illinois University Law by
2 changing Section 30-10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Northern Illinois University Law is
6 amended by changing Section 30-10 as follows:
7 (110 ILCS 685/30-10)
8 Sec. 30-10. Board of Trustees created. There is hereby
9 created a body politic and corporate which shall be styled
10 the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University
11 (hereinafter called the Board), and which shall operate,
12 manage, control, and maintain Northern Illinois University in
13 accordance with the rights, powers and duties now or
14 hereafter vested by law in that Board.
