1 AN ACT regarding appropriations
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $20,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund a grant to the Illinois State Board of Education for
7 After School Programs to be included in the State Board of
8 Education's Support for Students at Risk classification.
9 Section 5. Effective Date. This ACT becomes effective
10 on July 1, 1999.
