 1        AN ACT concerning real property.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4                             ARTICLE 5.

 5        Section 5-5.  Upon the payment of the sum of $1 and other
 6    good and valuable consideration, pursuant to and  conditioned
 7    upon  the execution of an intergovernmental agreement entered
 8    into by the Department of Human Services and the  Village  of
 9    Tinley  Park,  to the State of Illinois and the tender by the
10    Village of Tinley Park of a  certified  survey  of  the  land
11    described  in  this  Section,  current  within  6 months, the
12    Secretary of  Human  Services  is  authorized  to  convey  by
13    quitclaim  deed,  subject  to  the  condition that should the
14    property conveyed under this Section ever not be used by  the
15    grantee  for  public purposes, then title shall revert to the
16    State of Illinois without further action on the part  of  the
17    State,   to  the Village of Tinley Park all right, title, and
18    interest in and to the land in Cook County, Illinois commonly
19    known as:
20        THAT PART OF THE WEST 1900 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST  QUARTER
21        OF  SECTION  36,  TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE
22        THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN LYING SOUTHERLY OF THE SOUTHERLY
23        RIGHT OF WAY OF THE  CHICAGO,  ROCK  ISLAND  AND  PACIFIC
24        RAILROAD  (COMMONLY  KNOWN  AS  THE  METRALINE) AND LYING
25        NORTHERLY OF THE NORTHERN TRIBUTARY TO THE UNION DRAINAGE
26        DITCH (EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PART, IF ANY,  TAKEN  FOR
27        80TH  AVENUE), IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AND CONTAINING 56
28        ACRES.
29        The legal description of the land  that  appears  in  the
30    quitclaim  deed  shall  conform  to the survey required under
31    this Section.

 1        Section 5-10.  Upon the payment of the sum of $1  to  the
 2    State  of  Illinois,  the  Secretary  of  Human  Services  is
 3    authorized to convey by quitclaim deed to the United Cerebral
 4    Palsy  Association  of  Chicago,  an  Illinois not-for-profit
 5    corporation, all right, title, and interest  in  and  to  the
 6    following described land in Cook County, Illinois:
 7        THAT  PART  OF  THE  SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 36
 8        NORTH, RANGE 12, EAST OF THE  THIRD  PRINCIPAL  MERIDIAN,
 9        DESCRIBED  AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
10        OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH  LINE  OF
11        SAID  SECTION 36, 2237.39 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 degrees 00
12        minutes WEST, ALONG A LINE PERPENDICULAR  TO  SAID  SOUTH
13        LINE,  50.00  FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING ON THE NORTH
14        LINE OF 183RD STREET; THENCE CONTINUING NORTH  0  degrees
15        00  minutes WEST, 124.75 FEET; THENCE NORTH 33 degrees 04
16        minutes WEST, 99.70 FEET;  THENCE  NORTH  72  degrees  25
17        minutes  40  seconds  WEST,  105.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90
18        DEGREES WEST, 139.51 FEET;  THENCE  SOUTH  0  degrees  00
19        minutes  EAST,  240.00  FEET; THENCE EAST, 294.01 FEET TO
20        THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS  AND
21        CONTAINING 1.50 ACRES.

22        This  conveyance  is subject to the condition that in the
23    event that the property ceases  to  be  used  by  the  United
24    Cerebral   Palsy  Association  of  Greater  Chicago  for  the
25    provision  of  services  and/or  support  for   people   with
26    disabilities,  or if the United Cerebral Palsy Association of
27    Greater Chicago conveys or attempts  to  convey  all  or  any
28    portion  of the land to another party, then title to the land
29    shall revert to the State of Illinois without further  action
30    by  the  State. Any deed or deeds executed under this Section
31    shall  include  appropriate  provisions  to  effectuate   the
32    purpose of this Section.

 1        Section  5-15.   The  Secretary  of  Human Services shall
 2    obtain  a  certified  copy  of  the  portions  of  this   Act
 3    containing  the  title,  the  enacting  clause, the effective
 4    date,  the   appropriate   Sections   containing   the   land
 5    descriptions  of property to be transferred, and this Section
 6    within 60 days after this  Act's  effective  date  and,  upon
 7    receipt  of  payment  required  by  the appropriate Sections,
 8    shall record the certified document in the Recorder's  office
 9    in the county in which the land is located.

10                             ARTICLE 10.

11        Section  10-5.  Upon the payment to the State of Illinois
12    of an amount to be negotiated by the parties in interest  and
13    according  to  the terms of an agreement between the Lockport
14    Township Park District and the Director of  Corrections,  the
15    Director  of Corrections is authorized to convey by quitclaim
16    deed to the Lockport Township Park District all right, title,
17    and interest in and to the following described land  in  Will
18    County, Illinois:
19        The  NE  1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 21-36-10 and the SE
20    1/4 of the NW 1/4  of  Section  21-36-10,  (approximately  80
21    acres),  all in Township 36 North, Range 10 East of the Third
22    Principal Meridian in Will County, Illinois.

23        Section 10-10. The Director of Corrections shall obtain a
24    certified copy of the portions of  this  Act  containing  the
25    title,   the   enacting   clause,  the  effective  date,  the
26    appropriate Sections  containing  the  land  descriptions  of
27    property  to  be transferred, and this Section within 60 days
28    after this Act's effective date and, upon receipt of  payment
29    required  by  the  appropriate  Sections,  shall  record  the
30    certified  document in the Recorder's office in the county in
31    which the land is located.

 1                             ARTICLE 15.

 2        Section 15-5. Upon the payment to the State  of  Illinois
 3    of  an amount to be negotiated by the parties in interest and
 4    according to the terms  of  an  agreement  between  the  Will
 5    County   Department   of   Highways   and   the  Director  of
 6    Corrections, the Director of  Corrections  is  authorized  to
 7    convey  by  quitclaim  deed  to the Will County Department of
 8    Highways all  right,  title,  and  interest  in  and  to  the
 9    following described land in Will County, Illinois:
10        That  Part  of  the South Half of Section 29, Township 36
11    North,  Range  10  East  of  the  Third  Principal  Meridian,
12    Lockport  Township,  Will  County,  Illinois,  described   as
13    follows:  Beginning  at  the Southeast comer of the Southwest
14    Quarter of the above said Section 29; thence  westerly  along
15    the south boundary of the above said Southwest Quarter 660.22
16    feet  to  the  west  boundary of the Stateville Penitentiary;
17    thence northerly 450.00  feet  along  that  boundary;  thence
18    easterly to a point which is 430.01 feet east and 450.00 feet
19    north  of the point of beginning; thence South 450.00 feet to
20    the south line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29; thence
21    West and at a 90 degree angle from the last described course,
22    430.01 feet to the point of beginning. Containing  10  acres,
23    more  or  less.  Acreage  based  on  that portion outside the
24    limits of a 50 foot right of way.

25        Section 15-10. The Director of Corrections shall obtain a
26    certified copy of the portions of  this  Act  containing  the
27    title,   the   enacting   clause,  the  effective  date,  the
28    appropriate Sections  containing  the  land  descriptions  of
29    property  to  be transferred, and this Section within 60 days
30    after this Act's effective date and, upon receipt of  payment
31    required  by  the  appropriate  Sections,  shall  record  the
32    certified  document in the Recorder's office in the county in

 1    which the land is located.

 2        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
 3    becoming law.
