1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $450,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
7 Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation for a grant
8 to the City of Benton to extend Forest Street from Benton
9 Middle School to Stuyvesant Street.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1999.
