91_SB0150enr SB150 Enrolled LRB9102511JMpk 1 AN ACT concerning the Illinois Building Commission. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Illinois Building Commission Act is 5 amended by adding Section 50 as follows: 6 (20 ILCS 3918/50 new) 7 Sec. 50. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving 8 Fund. The Illinois Building Commission Revolving Fund is 9 created in the State treasury. The Illinois Building 10 Commission may establish fees, each of which may not exceed 11 $250 or an amount approved by the Joint Committee on 12 Administrative Rules, for services provided in fulfilling its 13 mandate under this Act. All fees collected by the Commission 14 shall be deposited into the Illinois Building Commission 15 Revolving Fund. The Commission may also accept donations or 16 moneys from any other source for deposit into this fund. All 17 interest accrued on the fees, donations, and other deposits 18 to the Illinois Building Commission Revolving Fund shall be 19 deposited into the fund. All moneys in the Illinois Building 20 Commission Revolving Fund may be used, subject to 21 appropriation by the General Assembly, to carry out the 22 activities of the Act, including the expenses of the 23 Illinois Building Commission, a clearinghouse on State 24 building requirements, or other purposes consistent with this 25 Act. 26 Section 10. The State Finance Act is amended by adding 27 Section 5.490 as follows: 28 (30 ILCS 105/5.490 new) 29 Sec. 5.490.
