1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 124
2 AMENDMENT NO. ____. Amend Senate Bill 124, on page 5,
3 line 21, after "fee.", by inserting "The applicant shall be
4 required to meet the qualifications required for licensure at
5 the time of reapplication."; and
6 on page 6, immediately below line 24, by inserting the
7 following:
8 "Section 42. Implementation period. The licensure
9 requirements of Sections 30 and 40 shall not be enforced
10 until 12 months after the adoption of final administrative
11 rules."; and
12 on page 11, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
13 following:
14 "(b) All of the fees collected under this Act shall be
15 deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund. The
16 monies deposited into the Fund shall be appropriated to the
17 Department for expenses of the Department in the
18 administration of this Act."; and
19 on page 11, line 13, by replacing "(b)" with "(c)".
