1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor
2 Act of 1989 by changing Section 14.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act
6 of 1989 is amended by changing Section 14 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 330/14) (from Ch. 111, par. 3264)
8 Sec. 14. License to be displayed. Every holder of a
9 license as a Professional Land Surveyor or Land
10 Surveyor-in-Training shall display it in a conspicuous place
11 in his or her principal office, place of business, place of
12 employment, or any other offices or places of business or
13 employment where the Professional Land Surveyor or Land
14 Surveyor-in-Training regularly practices.
