1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives take pride in acknowledging the life
4 accomplishments of individuals who have made a significant
5 contribution to their community; and
6 WHEREAS, Chief Arthur Tullis of LaGrange Park, Illinois
7 has been named the Fireman of the Year by the community of
8 LaGrange Park; this award is presented to Chief Arthur Tullis
9 posthumously; and
10 WHEREAS, Because of his hard work and dedication to his
11 job, Chief Arthur Tullis receives this accolade posthumously
12 based on his performance above and beyond the call of duty;
13 and
14 WHEREAS, The family and friends of Chief Arthur Tullis
15 should be proud to know that Chief Arthur Tullis receives
16 this award based on what others believed about him and on his
17 accomplishments; therefore, be it
18 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
19 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
20 we congratulate the family of Chief Arthur Tullis of LaGrange
21 Park, Illinois, on his being named the Fireman of the Year,
22 posthumously, by the community of LaGrange Park; and be it
23 further
24 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
25 presented to the family of Chief Arthur Tullis, along with
26 our sincere regards.
