1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, Rena K. Cotsones has served as Executive Vice
3 President of the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce with
4 distinction and highest effectiveness for over five years;
5 and
6 WHEREAS, Ms. Cotsones' performance and conduct have
7 engendered the highest professional and personal regard from
8 State, regional, and community colleagues and citizen
9 volunteers; and
10 WHEREAS, Ms. Cotsones has consistently displayed
11 extraordinary skill, dedication, and leadership in advancing
12 numerous community initiatives and aspirations; and
13 WHEREAS, Her unique perspectives, brilliant analyses, and
14 rational and balanced advocacy have reflected great credit
15 upon the community and the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce;
16 and
17 WHEREAS, Her singular efforts and achievements have
18 greatly advanced public policy issues and strengthened
19 business activities in the Rockford Area, the region, and the
20 State of Illinois; therefore, be it
21 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
22 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
23 Rena K. Cotsones is highly commended and honored for her
24 extraordinary distinguished service to the Rockford Area
25 Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Illinois business
26 community, and the strength and prosperity of the State of
27 Illinois; and be it further
28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
29 presented to Rena K. Cotsones.
