1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that the members of
3 this Body welcome the opportunity to recognize citizens of
4 this State who make outstanding contributions to society; and
5 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that David Kublank
6 has announced his retirement as a teacher with the
7 Libertyville Elementary School District #70 after
8 thirty-seven years of dedicated service as a teacher,
9 twenty-nine of which were spent in Libertyville; and
10 WHEREAS, David Kublank taught Instrumental Music and was
11 the Band Director; he was affiliated with the Illinois Grade
12 School Music Association, the Music Educators National
13 Conference, and the Professional Teachers Association; and
14 WHEREAS, His wise counsel and advice was a great
15 influence on his students, and he soon earned the respect and
16 affection of students, teachers, principals, and staff; and
17 WHEREAS, David Kublank has contributed in many ways to
18 the Libertyville Elementary School District #70 and its
19 students; therefore be it
20 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
21 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
22 we congratulate David Kublank for thirty-seven years of
23 outstanding service in teaching, that we commend him for his
24 dedication to his profession and to his students, and that we
25 extend to him our sincere best wishes for the future; and be
26 it further
27 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
28 presented to him as an expression of our respect and esteem.
