1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, We welcome Cesar Octavio Camacho Quiroz,
3 Governor of the State of Mexico, to Illinois and the House of
4 Representatives; and
5 WHEREAS, He was born on February 14, 1959 in Metepec,
6 Mexico; he received a bachelor's degree in law and a master's
7 degree in public legislation by the Law Faculty of the State
8 of Mexico's Autonomous University; and
9 WHEREAS, He was a lawyer of Riva Palacio juridical office
10 in 1980, Amparos Section Assistant of the Juridical and
11 Consultive Direction of the State of Mexico's Government in
12 1981, Legal Adviser of the Social Promotion Direction of the
13 State of Mexico's Government in 1982, Director of the State
14 of Mexico's Resources Council for Attending Youth in 1984,
15 Assistant Director of the Interior in 1987, Constitutional
16 Municipal President in 1991, and Representative of the H.
17 City Councils before the State's Electoral Commission
18 Government General Secretary in 1993; and
19 WHEREAS, He has been supported throughout his public and
20 private life by his wife, Maria Eugenia San Martin De
21 Camacho, and his children, Mariano, Berenice, and Cesar;
22 therefore, be it
23 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
24 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
25 we welcome Cesar Octavio Camacho Quiroz to Illinois and the
26 House of Representatives and extend to him our best wishes;
27 and be it further
28 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
29 presented to him as an expression of our esteem.
