1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, We have been informed that the McCracken Middle
3 School Percussion of Skokie have been selected to perform at
4 the Seventh Annual Music Education Day at the State Capitol
5 Complex on Thursday, March 18, 1999; and
6 WHEREAS, It is a pleasure to welcome the McCracken Middle
7 School Percussion of Skokie to the Capital and to hear them
8 perform in the Hall of Flags at the Howlett Building; and
9 WHEREAS, The commitment of these young people has
10 enriched and inspired all who have had the opportunity to
11 hear them; therefore, be it
12 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
13 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
14 we welcome the McCracken Middle School Percussion of Skokie
15 to Springfield and wish the members the best of luck in the
16 future; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
18 presented to the Director, Chip DeStefano.
