1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are happy to recognize
3 individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the
4 well-being of the citizens of this State; and
5 WHEREAS, Barbara Monsor of Lake Forest is awarded the
6 Young Women's Christian Association's Outstanding Citizen of
7 the 59th Representative District; and
8 WHEREAS, She is being recognized for her outstanding
9 dedication to the needs of children, her great expertise in
10 the field of social service, and her energetic and creative
11 effort in the founding of the Mothers' Trust Foundation; and
12 WHEREAS, Barbara Monsor has earned the respect and
13 admiration of us all; therefore, be it
14 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
16 we congratulate Barbara Monsor for being honored by the Young
17 Women's Christian Association and extend our best wishes to
18 her for the future; and be it further
19 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
20 presented to Barbara Monsor.
