1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 report, dated September 29, 2000, with the Senate, the House
4 of Representatives, and the Secretary of State of Illinois as
5 required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be
6 it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by North
10 Pekin-Marquette Heights SD 102-Tazewell with respect to
11 non-resident tuition, identified in the report filed by the
12 State Board of Education as request WM100-1460, is
13 disapproved.
