91_HJ0045 1 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 2 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 3 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene 4 in Joint Session on Wednesday, February 2, 2000 at the hour 5 of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his 6 Excellency Governor George Ryan present to the General 7 Assembly his Report on the Condition of the State, required 8 by Article V, Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of 9 Illinois and to hear the Budget Message for Fiscal Year 2001, 10 as required by Chapter 15, Act 20/38, of the Illinois 11 Compiled Statutes.
