91_HJ0018 1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION _____ 2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 3 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene 5 in Joint Session on Tuesday, May 4, 1999, at the hour of 3:00 6 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of hearing his Excellency 7 Governor George Ryan present to the General Assembly his plan 8 for addressing the pressing needs for infrastructure 9 improvements in Illinois.
