91_HJ0006 1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 2 BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 3 NINETY-FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the two Houses shall convene 5 in Joint Session on Wednesday, February 17, 1999 at the hour 6 of 12:00 o'clock noon, for the purpose of hearing his 7 Excellency Governor George Ryan present to the General 8 Assembly his Report on the Condition of the State, required 9 by Article V, Section 13, of the Constitution of the State of 10 Illinois and to hear the Budget Message for Fiscal Year 2000, 11 as required by Chapter 15, Act 20/38, of the Illinois 12 Compiled Statutes.
