1 AN ACT concerning regional planning.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Northeastern Illinois Planning Act is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 1705/1) (from Ch. 85, par. 1101)
7 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the "Northeastern Illinois Planning Act".
