1 AN ACT concerning mosquito abatement.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Mosquito Abatement District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 7.4 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 1005/7.4) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 80.4)
7 Sec. 7.4. Prompt payment. Purchases made pursuant to
8 this Act shall be made in compliance with the "Local
9 Government Prompt Payment Act", approved by the Eighty-fourth
10 General Assembly.
