1 AN ACT concerning the transfer of real property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Director of Natural Resources, on behalf
5 of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and
6 deliver to Libman Equipment Partnership, an Illinois general
7 partnership, for and in consideration of $1 paid to the
8 Department, a quit claim deed to the following described real
9 property, provided that the partnership pays all title and
10 closing costs, to wit:
11 Commencing at an iron pipe survey monument reset at the
12 Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 3,
13 Township 14 North, Range 8 East of the Third Principal
14 Meridian, Douglas County, Illinois; thence North 89
15 degrees 40 minutes 36 seconds East along the North line
16 of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 3, a distance of
17 191.76 feet to an iron pipe survey monument set on the
18 East line of the Kansas State Bank tract as filed for
19 record in Book 405 at Page 264 in the office of the
20 Recorder of Douglas County, Illinois, for the Point of
21 Beginning; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 36 seconds
22 East along the North line of the Southwest Quarter of
23 said Section 3, a distance of 371.62 feet to an iron pipe
24 survey monument set on the North line of the Libman
25 Equipment Partnership Tract 2 as filed for record in Book
26 494 at Page 261 in the office of the Recorder of Douglas
27 County, Illinois, said line also being the North
28 right-of-way line of the former Penn Central Railroad;
29 thence South 85 degrees 55 minutes 25 seconds West along
30 the North line of said Libman Equipment Partnership Tract
31 2, said line also being the North right-of-way line of
32 said former Penn Central Railroad, a distance of 209.16

1 feet to an iron pipe survey monument found; thence South
2 88 degrees 26 minutes 04 seconds West along the North
3 line of said Libman Equipment Partnership Tract 2, said
4 line also being the North right-of-way line of said
5 former Penn Central Railroad, a distance of 162.99 feet
6 to an iron pipe survey monument found on the East line of
7 said Kansas State Bank tract; thence North 00 degrees 09
8 minute 04 seconds West along the East line of said Kansas
9 State Bank tract, a distance of 17.23 feet to the Point
10 of Beginning, containing 0.09 acres (3,950 square feet),
11 more or less, all situated in Douglas County, Illinois.
12 Section 10. The Director of Natural Resources shall
13 obtain the portions of this Act containing the title, the
14 enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section
15 containing the descriptions of the property to be
16 transferred, and this Section within 60 days after the
17 effective date of this Act, and upon receipt of the payment
18 required by the appropriate Section, shall record the
19 certified document in the Recorder's office in the county in
20 which the land is located.
21 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
22 becoming law.
