1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4349
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4349 on page 3, by
3 replacing line 12 with "the real estate that a park district
4 with a population of 3,000 or less transfers by lease,
5 license, development agreement, or other means to any
6 private"; and
7 on page 3, lines 22 and 27 and on page 4, lines 9, 15, 22,
8 and 32, by replacing "lease" each time it appears with
9 "transfer"; and
10 on page 4, lines 8 and 24, by replacing "leased" each time it
11 appears with "transferred"; and
12 on page 4, line 17, by replacing "leasing" with
13 "transferring".
